Hi! I’m Erin, and Pet-a-Cure Grooming Boutique is the start of my second career—one I’ve chosen straight from the heart. After many years as a nurse, I confidently decided to take a leap of faith and turn my passion for animals into something I could share every day.

I’m also a certified Lab Animal Technician, with nearly 10 years of experience, which gives me a deep understanding of animal husbandry, behavior, safety, and gentle handling across a wide range of species. Whether it’s a frisky kitty, a senior pup, or a plush pocket pet, I’m trained to provide calm, compassionate care.

For the past eight years, I’ve shown Shetland Sheepdogs in conformation events and have always done all of their grooming myself. That hands-on experience—paired with my medical background—helps me bring a unique blend of skills, patience, and true animal-centered care to every groom.
